Eating our way through Thailand, Vietnam and Kerala

Happy to be back in Blighty after a pretty special journey back from Australia through Thailand, Vietnam and India. Here are a selection of photos documenting some of the delicious food we experienced along the way (with a few cats and nice textures thrown in to help convey the essence of each place). I hope you will enjoy them, I will be back with recipes very soon – I’m not sure where to even start!

My fave was cau lau, big chubby japanese noodles, pork and local greens. Bens was the ban xeo (crispy pancakes with shrimp and meats, with nuoc cham dip) they made them to order at our hotel breakfast and one day he had 10…..

So Vietnam was our fave food destination, the pho in Ho Chi Minh also great. Good memories!
